Branding is who you are, what you stand for & what your intended audience should expect... Learn MoreThe founder and principal of Standards is a former government-funded biochemist and molecular biologist. With over 15years of clinical research at multiple medical schools throughout the country, fields of study included but were not limited to immunology, inflammation, pediatrics, neonatology, cardiovascular disease and gastroenterology.
Supported by multiple peer-reviewed and published scientific/medical journal articles, Standards used its scientific expertise to focus on dietary/nutritional supplements and cosmeceuticals where for the past 20 years, it has made major contributions to these industries. Standard-formulated products have enjoyed shelf-placement in both chain retail pharmacy and chain convenience throughout the USA and Canada and products have been nominated for various industry awards.
Having participated in FDA-sponsored and industry regulatory meetings since 1999, Standards is adept in FDA (and FTC, NHPD) product compliance requirements; reviews/corrects/writes labelling and advertising materials; and, serves as a consultant (and when needed, an “expert witness”) to legal firms regarding compliance issues.
In 2004, it conducted its first facility inspection (four years before government requirement) and has since developed protocols individually tailored to manufactures to make good manufacturing practices common and importantly, cost-effective.
